Our foundation starts from Max Loans where we’ve been helping customers secure Personal Loans NZ wide since 2012. From humble beginnings, we have grown and diversified into the company we are today – the Max Money Group (trading as Max Loans, Max Mortgages, Max Insurances and Max Businesses).

 

We are truly grateful to our customers for giving us the opportunity to grow our services and help more Kiwis. To express our appreciation, we periodically give away gifts as a gesture of thanks.

STANDARD PROMOTION OR COMPETITION RULES

 

  • The eligible participant will allow Max Money Group Limited to publish the participant’s first name and last initial on Max Loans and/or Max Mortgages and/or Max Insurances’ Facebooks and Newsletters.

 

  • In the case of promotions open exclusively to our customers, if it’s a joint loan application or an insurance policy is owned by two or more people, the prize will be sent to the first borrower/policy holder named in the loan agreement/insurance policy.

 

  • Max Money Group will contact the eligible participant by phone or email within one week. In the event an eligible participant cannot be contacted, (that is, cannot be reached by telephone and/or does not respond to email) within six weeks, the prize shall be forfeited.

 

  • In the case of a physical prize, it will be delivered to eligible participants (to New Zealand residential addresses only), the timing of which is to be confirmed by Max Money Group Limited and may be subject to change. Max Money Group Limited will not be held responsible for any prizes that are lost or damaged during delivery.

 

  • Max Money Group Limited may refuse to provide a prize to a participant who, in the view of Max Money Group Limited, has acted fraudulently or not complied with these terms.

 

  • Max Money Group Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion and to extend, modify, postpone or cancel the promotion at any time. Max Money Group Limited’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
