Bank Statement Download Guide

Downloading online files to laptop

Presenting three months’ worth of bank statements is a mandatory step in the loan application process.

 

This request aims to verify the completeness and accuracy of essential information.

Select your bank to view instructions or download the guide to keep all instructions handy for future use.

ANZ

Log into your internet banking using ANZ’s website.

        1. Click on the Documents tab.
        2. In the Document Library, filter the Document Type, Account and Date, and click Search.
        3. Select the statement you want to download, and then click Download. Save statements for one account at a time.
        4. Your PDF file will open in a Preview page.
        5. Click Save As/Download to save the bank statement.

ASB

Log into your FastNet internet banking using ASB’s website

    1. Click Menu and navigate to Documents near the bottom of the page.
    2. In the Document Centre, selecting a time period, document type and account.
    3. Select the statement you want to view.
    4. Your PDF file will open in a Preview page.
    5. Click Download to save the bank statement.

BNZ

Log into your internet banking using BNZ’s website.

    1. Click Menu and navigate to Documents.
    2. Click Statements, and then select an account.
    3. Select the statement you want to view.
    4. Your PDF file will open in a Preview page.
    5. Click Save As/ Download to save the bank statement.

Kiwibank

Log into your internet banking using Kiwibank’s website.

    1. Navigate to the Statement Vault on the right.
    2. Click the Download button to view the statements.
    3. On the Preview page, click Download to save the bank statement.

Westpac

Log into your internet banking using Westpac’s website.

    1. Select the account you want to view statements for.
    2. Click Download Statements on the right-hand side of the screen.
    3. Enter your date range and click View Statements.
    4. Select the statement you want to view.
    5. Click Download on the preview page to save the bank statement.

Proof of Income

Log in to your myIR using InIand Revenue’s website.

  1. Go to your income tax account and click More…
  2. Choose and print the summary type you need under My income.

Proof of income – a summary of your income.

Income details – a breakdown of your income, including salary and wages, interest, and dividends.
